Sterilize in the autoclave at 121º C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50º C and adjust the pH to 4, 0 ± 0, 2 by adding 1N H2SO4. Mix well to homogenize and aseptically distribute into sterile tubes. Avoid overheating the medium after the pH adjustment.
